The official launch of To Raise the Fallen is next Thursday, but it is on sale now. Physically it is available in the Veritas main store in Dublin, and, I assume in other Veritas stores nationwide. It will also be available in other mainstream bookstores in Ireland. I am unsure about the arrangements for physical sales in other countries; perhaps that will follow in time.
