About the Association

The Father Willie Doyle Association was established to promote awareness of the life and spirituality of Fr Willie Doyle SJ and to work towards his beatification and canonisation. In canon law it has the status of a Private Association of the Faithful, approved by the Most Reverend Bishop Tom Deenihan, Bishop of Meath. In Irish civil law it is incorporated as a non-profit company limited by guarantee.

Please join us and help us with our work!

The Father Willie Doyle Association needs your help to spread awareness of Fr Willie Doyle and to work towards his canonisation. You can help the Association in the following ways:

  • Please pray for the success of the Association. In establishing his many apostolic projects Fr Doyle always sought out prayers for their success, pointing out that there weren’t “half enough toilers on their knees”. Please pray every day that the Association will carry out its work effectively, efficiently and prudently.
  • Please pray for a miracle through Fr Doyle’s intercession. If know somebody who is sick please pray for their miraculous healing through the intercession of Fr Doyle.
  • Please join the Association. This will allow us all to stay in touch and build up a global network of support.

We are also happy to arrange for someone to come and talk (in person, or online) at parishes, prayer groups or larger events about Fr Doyle.
