We have received multiple new prayer requests in recent days. We are happy to recommend these requests to Fr Willie’s intercession.
For L. who has cancer.
M. asks for prayers for her husband and her son who seem lost to anxiety and depression.
J.T needs prayers for stage 4 liver cancer.
I.L asks for prayers to pay off college debt so that she can enter religious life.
F.N asks for prayers for D., who has terminal cancer.
A. asks for prayers for her nephew S. so that he can successfully complete his doctorate.
J-M. A asks for prayers for several needs, including for his wife, for his eyesight and for a better job that so that he can buy a house.
J. asks for prayers for the conversion of her son.
Fr Willie was a powerful intercessor. There are thousands of alleged healings and favours through his intercession. Let us now pray to Fr Willie for all of these requests.
In the coming months the Father Willie Doyle Association will publish a new prayer, but in the meantime the following prayer, which was approved for private use in the 1920’s, can be used.
O Jesus, who has given us the example of Your servant, Father William Doyle, graciously grant us the favours we ask You through his intercession…[Pray here for all those who seek Fr Willie’s intercession].
Teach us to imitate his love for You, his heroic devotion to Your service, his zeal for repairing the outrages done to Your Sacred Heart. And, for Your greater glory and the salvation of souls, hear our prayer and grant that the credit we believe He enjoys in Heaven may be recognised solemnly by the Church, so that we may soon be able to venerate him in public worship.
