November 6 is the feast of all the saints of Ireland. On this day Fr Willie will be remembered in his native parish of Dalkey, where he was born and baptised 150 years ago.

Starting at 7.30pm, Patrick Kenny will speak about “The heroic life of Fr Willie Doyle SJ”, followed by a blessing of a new image of Fr Willie for Dalkey parish by Bishop Tom Deenihan, Diocese of Meath, where Fr Willie’s canonisation cause was opened last year. Individual blessings with Fr Willie’s crucifix will be available afterwards.
