The world’s first Fr Willie Doyle Prayer Group was inaugurated on Thursday 22 February in Holy Family Church, Ballsgrove, Drogheda. It meets every Thursday at 7pm for Adoration. In imitation of Fr Willie, the group prays in a particular way for priests and vocations, as well as for the success of Fr Willie’s Cause. All are welcome to join. Patrick Kenny of the Father Willie Doyle Association, will speak about Fr Willie’s heroic life of sacrifice on 11th November at 11.30am in Sacred Heart Church, Limerick. This is a significant location in which to remember Fr Willie – he spent some time in Limerick and was stationed at the Church for a period of time while on the Jesuit mission team.
