There will be a talk about Fr Wille on Saturday, August 16th, at 2pm in Larne Museum. This talk will coincide with the moment on the afternoon of 16 August 1917 when Fr Willie offered his life while trying to save Charles Marlow and Arthur Greene, the latter of whom was from nearby Belfast. There will be a presentation on Fr Willie at the St Sharbel Conference in Meigh, near Newry, on Saturday 12 July. The Father Willie Doyle Association will also have a stall with books, prayer cards and relics. In addition, the Conference features an extensive and rare exhibition of over 200 first class relics.
